  • Our property manager will contact you with all maintenance requests from tenants before proceeding with repairs, unless it is an urgent requirement.
  • Tenants have a wide range of options available to them to make rental payments. Thus ensuring there are no excuses for unpaid rent.
  • City Living deposits funds directly into your account and emails you a statement to ensure that details are received as soon as the disbursement is processed.
  • We can organise payment of your outgoings, and subject to the availability of funds will ensure that they are paid on time.
  • We provide you with a detailed End of Financial Year Statement in July each year, savings you thousands of dollars in accounting fees.
  • Our Leasing team TRA check all prospective tenants as part of our extensive reference check process.
  • We have invested in the Bob Walters system as well as in the Console property management software, both of which are recognised as leaders in our industry.
  • We understand strata management and how to deal with body corporate groups.
  • We are able to conduct defect inspections in new apartments.
  • Utility One is a free service offered to tenants that simplifies the moving process by organising all of their utility needs for them.
