Its been wonderful experience with CityLiving. We received very prompt attention to any issues we had during our tenancy.

As a landlord, I have been with City Living for over 25 years, they have looked after several rental properties over this time. The team of Anthony, Tasman and Lisa are just fantastic. Over the last 7 years in particular, I have mainly been working with Anthony who is not only ethical in his dealings, but very capable and professional. He treats both landlords and tenants with respect and fairness, nothing is too much trouble . I could not speak more highly about this company and this team, they are very trustworthy and will absolutely deliver what they promise!

I have a few properties that Mark and Anthony manage for me. They handle all bills and repairs very well. The properties are always leased out quickly and they are professional in all aspects. Tasman and Lisa are also friendly, helpful and businesslike. I recommend them if you are a tenant or landlord.

During my tenancy, I had a family situation back in NZ and they were so kind and understanding making it so much easier on me to sort it out and move home. During the sale of the apartment, the Sales team was respectful, communicative and transparent which made the transition between owners stress free.
