Tasman from City Living had the difficult task selling my CBD apartment. On top of Covid and the various lockdown rules affecting inspections, he also had to deal with various uncooperative people who manage the building and their own unrelaistic ridiculous rules. Not only was Tasman patient and professional at all times, he was a great communicator and without fail would call to provide an update after each inspection, which was held twice a week. Not once did I need to reach out to him. He made a stressful situation easy by going out of his way to assist me in matters, like liaising with building management etc, when as the owner that should have been my job. Whilst other real estate agents advised me to delay the sale for a minimum of 6 months due to the tough market and the border being closed, Tasman did not see this as a red flag and remained positive (even when at times I wasn’t) throughout the entire sale period. What I liked most was that he didn’t try and give me the sales fluff to get the listing, he was respectful to me by being realistic and setting my expectations. Tasman not only sold it within the time frame he originally advised up front but also within the price range I wanted. I would happily use Tasman and City Living again and would not hesitate to refer him to other homeowners looking to sell. 

City Living handled my original purchase, subsequent rental and recent sale of this property over a period of 15 years. In a real rarity, the have had continuity of staff over that time so it is no surprise that the original high standards have been maintained. I felt like I had a genuine advocate in Tasman Fallshaw during the sale process and I would recommend him and City Living to anyone.
